Breath for Inner Serenity

A warm welcome to Module 2! In this video Indri will share one of her favourite breathing practices we call Radiant Breath. This practice is like an energetic shower, ideal to use when you feel overwhelmed, tense, out of your centre and want to wash this away and feel inner calm and connection again. 

For example after a difficult conversation, like on day 3 of the Christmas family gatherings, or when there is simply too much life stuff coming at you and you find yourself stressed with tight shoulders and clenching jaws. 

This will literally wash away stuck emotions/energy and bring you back to your positive energy flow, calm and inner serenity. 

This practice can be done seated or lying down.
