With years of experience, accompanying thousands of breathers on their individual journeys, and guiding our second 6-month international Breathwork Facilitator Training, we have witnessed numerous shifts and transformations. Now, we want to offer you simple, daily practices, so you can begin to handle the moments of your daily life with calming and energizing breaths. These small steps and habits build into an enormous momentum, providing long-term grounding, clarity, and connection.

We know the goal is not to always be calm, you won’t. I won’t.


The goal is to manage (literally with a breath) the fluctuations of emotions more smoothly over the course of a day. Therefore over time, step by step, shift your base level of being.

With our 4-week program From Freeze to Flow we offer tried and tested practical tools to combat stress and regain your energy and power, to ultimately master your day to day life and your health. 

Countless times we saw participants from all over the world making great progress after a single session, but after a few weeks they fell back into old habits and patterns. 

Now, we want to show you some simple steps to maintain new habits: how to use simple, daily exercises to stay calm and clear, and to identify and combat triggers and moments of stress. We want to help you help yourself.

This 4-week program is suitable for you whether you have already gained some experience in Breathwork or are completely new to it. It enables you to unlock the full potential of your own breath and inner resilience and apply it practically in everyday situations. If you are tinkering about the idea of becoming a Breathwork Facilitator, this is a wonderful way to find out if our training is right for you and the perfect preparation to start this journey.

From Freeze to Flow helps you to help yourself.

The Process

We implemented an accountability system that supports you in integrating insights, tools and knowledge into your day-to-day life. We are not only teaching but we also give the support to create long-lasting change without relying on external sources.

Each week we will learn some theory and explore how it applies into our life. Based on this each participant will take some action. They become more aware of their reaction, their breath and the impact the environment has on them.

In each session, there will be breathing exercises, home explorations, theory and space for any questions.

This is the structure of our program:

Week 1: Pro-active care - Acknowledging where we lack integrity towards ourselves. The first commitment will be to start implementing a routine into our day.

Week 2: We start to learn about different states of stress that we can experience. We will continuously evolve our routine.

Week 3: What are blended states and how can we transition from one state into the other?

Week 4: Weaving everything together and exploring our nervous system through a guided Breathwork Session. At the end of this session, there will be enough space for any questions.

  • Become aware of your stressors to lessen their impact (e.g. daily tasks that overwhelm you)

  • Get full access to your inherent energy, and use it to help keep you grounded when unexpected things arise (e.g. when your car breaks down)

  • Start your healing journey using your own resources, to support your health and regain your power

  • Be able to shift from in and out of overwhelm into calm or focus easier 

  • Manage the daily fluctuations of emotions by simply breathing

The Spirit of Breath Collective has created a 4-week program that is designed to help you deal with the challenges of everyday life, to handle stress with a breath and stay healthy.

We meet once a week for 1.5 hours (live in Zoom) and give you all the tools that you need to thrive.

With our accompanying workbook you can recall all of the information and work through it at your own pace.

Together as a collective we create an environment that supports you best on your unique journey.

    The other dates are November 9, 16, 23 and 30.

  • No problem. All classes will be recorded and you access them when it suits you.

  • This time it is a live online program, held by Christian, Indri and Sascha live over Zoom. However it will be the last time that we are running this live, after this it will be a pre-recorded program.

  • None! You can join even if you've never done breathwork, yoga, inner work, journalled, or meditated.

  • During each of the four live classes there will be time for hot seats and Q&A time.
